what do you use to customize your mac os?

I use kaleidoscope which is a interface manipulator http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/kaleidoscope

FinderPop is good. I also use Action GoMac. Don't have links handy at the moment, though.

I use the Appearance Manager with 7.x for the OS 8 Platinum look.
