Create your own games for the Mac and Windows. Program in the SilverCreator scripting language and have multimedia games with sprites, QuickTime, etc, or keep it simple and make simple card based adventures with no scripting needed. Old v1.5 version runs on Classic and even compiles games for 68K. New v2.0 version is Universal and compiles for Mac and Windows.

My own custom made IRC client, complete with DCC chat and files, networks with NickServ identification, mIRC colors, etc. This is my attempt to bring IRC to more people compared to old-fashioned clients that barrage you with arrays of 16 buttons consisting of "+" and a letter. This just became Universal yesterday. No Classic version though.
Of course I will be supporting PPC Macs in my software for as long as possible
