I was at work today and overheard a conversation between two coworkers. One was asking the other why he didn't return a wave when they saw each other. The other said he didn't really see the one because they were too far apart. This went on for a minute or two when I finally chimed in:

"The problem is obvious. It was a high latency wave with a low TTL."



In my defence, at least one other person in the room laughed histerically at that.
