I have been overclocking my g3. I have been running a 300 mhz at 366. Does anyone have any similar experiences. i tried a faster bus speed but the floppy drive quit working. is upping the bus speed worth it.

It can be, but timing issues often negate any theoretical increased speed you get by increasing the bus:CPU ratio.
I operated my 266 MHz Rev A w/ a 70 Mhz bus & 315 MHz CPU for years with no ill effects. I never did any formal benchmarking to see if it was actually faster in that configuration, though.
Rev A boards with the 89 MHz MPC106 bridge chip you can sometimes clock up to 89 MHz on the system bus (of course, you'll need PC100 RAM)... Mine is unstable (long story - the whole board has problems no matter what speed it runs at), so I can't demonstrate that at the moment.
Peace,
Drew
